Refund policy

30-day returns. If you're not happy with a purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be in original, resalable condition with all included accessories and packaging.

• Start a return by emailing info@soncrate.com with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
• Return shipping costs may apply for change-of-mind returns; defective or incorrect items ship back free.

Manufacturer warranty. Because we source through authorized channels, every product we sell is genuine and eligible for the full manufacturer's warranty. If a product develops a fault covered by warranty, contact us and we'll help coordinate repair or replacement.
