Shipping policy

Where we ship. Soncrate ships across the United States. All orders ship from within the U.S. and include tracking.

Processing & delivery. Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Seller of record. Every order ships under the Soncrate name with branded packing documentation — we are the seller of record on all fulfillment.

Issues in transit. If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
