Pricing & availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability; if an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
Product accuracy. We work to keep imagery, descriptions, and specifications accurate and brand-faithful. Colors may vary slightly by screen.
Orders. Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy; a confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the order ships. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or error.
Governing entity. Soncrate is a brand operated by Eshy Gazit LLC, a company registered in the United States. These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law.
Minimum advertised pricing (MAP). Soncrate honors the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies of the manufacturers and authorized distributors we partner with. We advertise and display products at or above each brand's stated MAP, and we promptly correct any listing that falls out of compliance across every channel we sell on.
Authorized reseller. We source exclusively through authorized channels, sell genuine products, and maintain accurate, brand-faithful listings — so our pricing, imagery, and merchandising stay consistent with each brand's standards.
